Choose the appropriate age group - Kid, Youth, or Adult
Select if you want Monthly Billing or Yearly billing (2 months free with yearly billing)
Default membership if you are only registering just a student other than yourself like a child, or Just yourself
Individual Membership (not shared memberships and add-ons)
available once signed up as a member you can add your kids for a discount
Managed Family Membership (Shared membership and add-ons)
Family memberships are specifically for PARENTS who are paying for their child's membership and solely responsible for billing, and ALL MEMBERS HAVE THE SAME MEMBERSHIP and addons (billed x the members - [%] discount)
Individual memberships are specifically for Individuals that are friends, or families that want to be grouped for Family and Friends discounts, BUT WANT TO HAVE DIFFERENT MEMBERSHIPS and add-ons and individual control over their account. (billed to each of the members - % discounts for F&F)
